"Hello, everything is fine, but they need to improve with the cleaning. There was a bottle of water under the bed and it was dirty. They need to clean it thoroughly, not only on the outside but also on the inside, for example under the bed, behind the furniture. They need shampoo and body soap. The ones they have are for decoration because they are empty. They need to have free space to put clothes. There are many other people's things that take up space. Anyway, thank you for everything."

"Nice apartment in a nice neighbourhood, close to many things, well priced, has everything you need."

"communication with the host was difficult and not pleasant. I arrived late in the evening and had a problem getting into the house. Noone was reachable, that was very difficult, the contact info I got did not work then. Fortunately after an hour someone came out of the house and helped. He was rather rude also when he responded to my messages next day."

"It was very close to the Arc of Triumph and the metro station. It's spacious and quiet. We also loved the kitchen and the washing machine. The nearby Rue Poncelet Market is a gem. We splurged on local delicacies there, and celebrated New Year in the apartment. The host responded to all my messages immediately."

"The apartment is super convently located near the Arc the Triomphe, in a nice neighborhood with a lot of restaurants nearby. Good metro connections as well. The place has a nice living space and good lighting. Perfect for a short holiday in Paris."

"The apartment was very gorgeous and very well positioned! You can reach most of the attractions in about 15 to 30 minutes by feet. The host is very kindful and available if anything is needed during the stay. Also, every service declared in the booking is actually present!"
